Terms and Conditions
Updated April 2026Who we are
One Create Agency provides creative, content, consulting, photography, videography, editorial, campaign, and digital services. These terms apply to all engagements unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Copyright and intellectual property
All creative work produced by One Create remains the intellectual property of One Create and its creatives until payment is received in full. On full payment, usage rights transfer to the client as agreed in writing. All creative concepts, methodologies, and strategies developed by Murray (Buzz) Langton in his capacity as Creative Director remain his personal intellectual property, licensed to One Create for business operations.
Usage rights
Standard usage rights are agreed in writing before each project begins. Any usage beyond what is agreed requires a new written agreement and may incur additional fees. Usage rights come into effect from the date of full payment.
Payment
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Work will not be released or published before payment is received in full unless agreed in writing.
Cancellations and changes
A booking is confirmed from the date we agree in writing. If a project is cancelled or postponed, cancellation fees of up to 100% may apply depending on timing. Changes to the agreed brief that require additional time or expense will be quoted and charged separately.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
Magazine and editorial content
All content published in One Create Magazine and across One Create editorial platforms is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced without prior written agreement. Views expressed by contributors are their own and do not represent the views of One Create Agency.
Podcast content
All One Create podcast content is owned by One Create Agency. Guests retain rights to their own intellectual property but grant One Create a licence to record, edit, broadcast, and promote their contribution. Views expressed by guests are their own.
Personal brand and public representation
Any public reference to work developed under the creative direction of Murray (Buzz) Langton must be properly attributed. Public representations of One Create require prior approval from the Creative Director.
Liability
One Create will always endeavour to deliver work to the highest standard. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For engagements based in Thailand, Thai law applies where relevant.
